The One Way Fitness approach is to challenge you beyond your perceived limits. I firmly believe in fitness that it is accessible to all. Specialising in high intensity training with a focus on boxing, a great way to release tension. Nothing releases tension more than punching your trainer.

No matter the fitness level, I will provide sessions that cater to your individual abilities and needs. I offer personal training, group training and corporate training, all-encompassing the One Way Fitness tailored approach to your sessions.

It is my passion to provide people with high energy, motivating and most importantly fun paths towards their fitness goals.
